Renting the Clubhouse

The Farms of Heatherwoode Clubhouse is available to rent by residents of our development and is perfect for any type of gathering to include birthday parties, baby and wedding showers, Thanksgiving and Christmas Dinners, graduation celebrations, sports team parties, book clubs, etc. This historic Null Family Farmhouse was renovated and added on to in 2000 which features two rooms and a main great room with a kitchenette. The kitchenette has a refrigerator/freezer, sink, microwave, cabinet space and a bar top counter.

The Clubhouse is rented on a daily basis for those residents that are current with their payment of association fees. There is a daily rental rate for the clubhouse plus a refundable deposit. It is also available free of charge to each homeowner for one hour per month per household with a deposit required.
